Omnichannel Campaigns 1.0.2 — Magento Admin setup 00:00:00 — Set up Omnichannel Campaigns Welcome to the Agentic Ecom Omnichannel Campaigns Admin guide. We'll walk through the main setup screens and the checks to make before using the module. This guide assumes the extension is already installed. 00:00:13 — Open settings and choose scope Start in Magento Admin and open Stores, Configuration. Choose Omnichannel. Check the Scope selector before editing. Use the appropriate website or store view where the setting supports it. The screen values here are a demonstration; enter the settings and service details that belong to your own store. 00:00:33 — Configure text generation Choose an OpenAI or Google Gemini text model and enter that provider's key. The module creates editable social campaign drafts from a catalogue product. Provider charges are separate from the extension, and the selected product facts and campaign goal are sent to the text provider. 00:00:52 — Choose an image workflow Review Image Generation only if you want generated campaign images. It has its own provider model and key. Reusing the catalogue image needs no image-generation key. Check generated images for product accuracy, rights and brand details before publishing them. 00:01:10 — Connect publishing only when ready Social Publishing is optional and uses the configured Buffer or Zernio connection. Verify the intended accounts and destinations before scheduling. Review Per-Platform Text Prompts for the supported networks, and make sure your team can approve the final wording and image before any external publication. 00:01:30 — Prepare a reviewable campaign Open Campaigns and create a campaign. Select one product, enter a goal, choose tone, English variant and platforms, then generate and edit the drafts. Check claims, discounts, dates and each network's rules. The wizard is an Admin workflow; it does not add a storefront widget. 00:01:50 — Save and verify your setup When your required settings are complete, use the screen's Save control and wait for Magento's confirmation. Then reopen the record or configuration and check the saved values at the intended scope. If the storefront still shows earlier settings, refresh the relevant caches. Test your own configuration before using it with customers. 00:02:11 — Your setup checklist That's the Admin setup walkthrough for Omnichannel Campaigns. Check permissions and scope, review the module-specific settings, then save and verify a small staging example.
