Welcome to the Agentic Ecom Bulk Product Operations Admin guide. We'll walk through the main setup screens and the checks to make before using the module. This guide assumes the extension is already installed.

00:00:13 — Open settings and choose scope
Start in Magento Admin and open Stores, Configuration. Choose Bulk Product Operations. Check the Scope selector before editing. Use the appropriate website or store view where the setting supports it. The screen values here are a demonstration; enter the settings and service details that belong to your own store.

00:00:34 — Review bulk-operation defaults
Review General Settings before using bulk actions. The working area is Magento's Catalog, Products grid. Select only the products you intend to change, then choose the required action. Start with a small, recoverable staging selection so you can confirm the result before working on a large catalogue.

Open Pricing Settings and review the available pricing controls. A bulk price change can affect many products, so confirm the value, the selected products and the applicable store or website scope. After an operation, reopen representative products and check their saved prices rather than relying only on a success message.

Review Safety Settings and the Admin role permissions before granting access. Executing bulk operations requires its own permission. Delete, Remove Images and Remove Custom Options also require the destructive-action permission. Keep a recoverable backup and restrict these capabilities to staff who understand their effect.

In Catalog, Products, select a small test set and open Actions to choose the operation. Enter its value and check the resulting success and failure counts. This release has thirteen visible module actions. Check partially failed selections individually; do not assume that every selected product changed simply because the request completed.

When your required settings are complete, use the screen's Save control and wait for Magento's confirmation. Then reopen the record or configuration and check the saved values at the intended scope. If the storefront still shows earlier settings, refresh the relevant caches. Test your own configuration before using it with customers.
